We are pleased to announce the start of our Drop In & Go - Digital Support Sessions. 

 

Where?: Kincardine & Mearns Citizens Advice Bureau, Dunnottar Avenue, Stonehaven, AB39 2JD

 

When?: Thursdays, 12pm to 4pm 

 

What?: This service is designed for those seeking benefits support and advice, who are facing barriers when trying to access this support. This service will give you the tools needed to access this support independently. However, fully trained staff and volunteers will be available to offer support and assistance where necessary. 

Below is a list of areas of assistance our service currently offers:

  • Benefit Checks
  • Income Maximisation
  • Council Tax – Discounts, Reductions and Exemptions
  • Young Scot Card Applications
  • Blue Badge Applications
  • Adult Disability Payment – Part 1 Applications
  • Pension Credit Applications
  • Crisis Grant Applications

No referrals or appointments necessary. Just Drop In & Go when you are ready. Please be aware as this is a drop in service you may have to wait to access resources, or during busy periods be asked to return at a different time.
