Kincardine and Mearns Citizens Advice Bureau (KAMCAB) offers free, impartial and confidential advice to our clients. We deliver support and guidance on a range of topics, giving people the information they need to deal with any situation and improve their lives. 
 
Every year Kincardine and Mearns Citizens Advice Bureau works with over 1500 clients and helps resolve over 4000 issues. We also secure over £1.22Million in financial gains for our clients each year.
 
The Money Advisor will play a key role in the delivery of KAMCAB Money Adviser Service providing options to clients on solutions for resolutions of their debts including assisting with legislative processes.
 
The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality debt and money advice casework for clients including providing information and making referrals for statutory debt solutions (DAS and Sequestration). Advice and support will be delivered via a combination of face to face and multi-channel provision (telephone, webchat and email).
